Description
- Designed for cleaning product contact parts in solid, semi-solid, liquid and aseptic manufacturing facilities, from tablet compression machines to sterile filling lines.
- Modular design in compliance with industry standards (cGMP – FDA – ASME-BPE – ISPE, among others), enabling rapid project execution.
- Design with automatic sliding glass door, adaptable to any operational flow, suitable for installation with double biological seal.
- Three sizes available: 1000, 1400 and 2000 litres (265, 370 and 530 gallons), to maximize and optimize cleaning batches.
- Available in various configurations, including electric or steam heating, with single or double door.
- Variable hydrodynamic control, with high washing pressure and water flow adjusted to load requirements.
- Up to 30 fully customizable washing programs, from pre-wash to drying and cooling.
